Job Summary:

  • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
  • Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
  • Systematically filing important company documents.
  • Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment, when needed.
  • Facility management.


  • HND/OND from a recognized Higher Institution
  • Minimum of 2years in same role
  • Must be able to negotiate with vendors and cut cost for the Business.
  • Very energetic and given to details.
